This course gave me an in-depth understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset and what it takes to turn a concept into a sustainable business. I learned how to develop, pitch, and evaluate business ideas through strategic planning, competitive analysis, and market research. We explored how successful entrepreneurs identify opportunities, assess risk, and create value in fast-paced and uncertain environments. One of the most impactful experiences was creating a full business plan from the ground up. This project required me to think critically about customer needs, product-market fit, and branding strategies while also managing financial projections and operations planning. I gained practical skills in writing executive summaries, designing marketing strategies, and presenting ideas persuasively. Throughout the course, I was encouraged to take creative risks while maintaining a realistic and data-informed approach. The course helped me strengthen my decision-making skills, taught me how to pivot when ideas don’t work, and emphasized the importance of perseverance and innovation in entrepreneurship. By the end, I not only understood how to build a brand or business but also saw myself as someone capable of doing it.
