Canadian borders belong to the entire top half of the North American continent. The country’s national French motto, “A Mari usque ad Mare” meaning “from sea to sea” sees to be true as it captures the enormousness of the nation as the Western coast touches the Pacific Ocean while the Eastern coast grazes along the Atlantic Ocean.
In terms of livability, the Northern to Southern terrains are more difficult to inhabit as the land becomes rocky, uneven, and cold.
Whereas the Western and Eastern sides are more suitable to live upon with a broad range of diversity– people and geography.
Canada is home to three vast lakes such as Lake Winnipeg, Lake Manitoba, and Lake Winnipegosis.
The Canadian tourism website, “Canada Guide” writes that the country is geographically divided into five parts including the West Coast, the Canadian Prairies, Central Canada, Atlantic Canada, and Northern Canada.
