3. WITNESSES —

R.I. Gen. Laws Ann. § 33-5-5, § § 33-5-6, 33-5-7 (West 1956)

Rhode Island requires that at least, two witnesses must witness the testator’s signature and each other’s signatures, for a will to be valid. New York also requires, at least, two witnesses. EPTL § 3-2.3
