Assignment 2, Part 5

Bradford Roberts, Medium – Digital artwork
Color Palette

The color inspiration behind this piece was based on the concept of former President Trump addressing his attempt to subvert the 2020 election and his involvement of the 2021 Capitol Riot while behind bars. The orange represents his imprisonment (Prison jumpsuit) and his long time teased skin tone. The blue represents the current political party in office as well as reporters that are covering his message for Trumps supporters. These complimentary colors worked best for the message I wanted to convey.

Assignment 2, Part 4

The yellow/orange represents the environment/prison and the exaggeration of Trumps orange skin

A bit of a direct approach using colors to represent Republican Trump and Reporters in blue

This was inspired by a more seasonal approach such as the Grinch who stole Christmas, making trump the Grinch, and his supporter/reporters in red
