My week in MAT 2680

My week in 2680

On Mondays I would sit down to do homework around 1-1:30pm or 1:20pm after I had something to eat  because sometimes, I have to do some errands. But then I go back to doing homework around  5pm or 7pm  depending how it takes me to do some errands and to eat some dinner. I usually end doing homework about 2 to 5 hours depending on how much work I need to do or how hard of a wall I hit. Most of my time I am spending  on one homework problem  on webwork. Because I am playing around with that problem and the given information that webwork has given to me so I can try to find my answer  or answers to that webwork problem. sometimes I don’t find answers to my webwork homework, or I end up getting stuck on like example part g of the webwork. Sometimes I spend more  hours doing work thought  because I like to help others and try to help my other classmates with their webwork homework on discord.

On Tuesdays After class I spend 1 and half hours  to 5 hours in total between both office hours trying to get help with the roadblocks or parts I got stuck with the webwork homework. Then after that might spend 30 minutes or zero on the homework because I get home tired.

On Wednesdays I try to start at the same time I do on Mondays but  sometimes like to procreate and I end up starting to do homework around 7pm or 9pm. Then I last doing homework from 2 to 5 hours because I am doing over and going over the work me and Professor Poirier did in office while continuing working on the homework. Then sometimes end up with new roadblocks and I try to get help on discord or call it night.

On Thursday my Thursdays and Tuesdays I spend about the same time in office hours. But it sometimes I make it late to second office hours because I have a club meeting during club hours . Sometimes I spend from 30 minutes to an hour In office hours. The only difference is that on Thursdays on some Thursday on come  straight home and eat some dinner and I end up doing homework from 30 minutes to 5 hours depending on because sometimes I would go over the work, we did in office hours. Or sometimes I would end up playing around with problem I have on webwork based on the hint or work professor Poirier did in office hours . or sometimes I am so tired I would move to my Fridays.

Fridays: I spend same time zero time on Fridays doing because sometimes I have a lot of personal things to take care off. And Fridays I 30 minutes to 5 hours depending on because sometimes I would go over the work, we did in office hours. Or sometimes I would end up playing around with problem I have on webwork based on the hint or work professor Poirier did in office hours. Because the day before I was so tired when I got homework.

Saturdays: I spend zero hours doing homework because I try to take the  day off.  But there some Saturdays that to be honest I don’t know time I am  doing homework . On average I spend 2 to 3 hours doing homework on a Saturday.

Sundays: I try to do homework from 5 pm to 8 or 9pm. But sometimes I have some errands I have to do after church sometimes I push to 7 or 9 pm and sometimes I can spend 2 hours or 5 hours doing homework or work . Because again I try to help my other classmates with their homework.

Every week for me is different because sometimes professor poirier would only have one office hour on a Tuesday or on a Thursdays . Or some Fridays or Saturdays I am free to do some homework so might end up spending zero hours doing homework on Sundays because I finish all of my webwork homework that is due on that upcoming Monday. And I want to take a mental break before I begin on the next set of webwork homework we need to do that upcoming week. And forget to meantion i would spend 30 minutes to an hour working on the openlab assignments on days i am free from school.

It is very interesting how you split up your study time and I might try it to see how it goes. I am just used to long hours study. Thanks.

The way you plan your schedule for the day is very intriguing as I tend to just learn everything in one shot and rely heavy on the skills I’ve obtained in the class. I should definitely play around with some of the questions as well in order to sharpen my skills even more.

I like how your schedule is very organized and well structured. Every day you put some of time to truly understand the lesson and get bunch of practice so you become more comfortable and be able to solve the math questions. I will definitely try to get in more practice.
