New York City has 5 boroughs and they are called; Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queen, Bronx, Staten Island, Each borough has its own attractions that are all worth the experience and the memories. There are many different activities to do in New York from going to Museums to walking around the city. You will never grow bored with New York because there is always something to do. Take your family and friends to come to visit New York! There are many different cultures and foods to try in New York due to the waves of immigration throughout history. Every year, this fair attracts many people to Mulberry Street. This is an eleven-day fair that is filled with many different foods and other activities to do. It takes place in the second half of September. It was first founded in 1962. It was started by the immigrants that came from Naples, they wanted to continue celebrating their traditions. It was first celebrated on September 19, 1926, which was following the Roman Catholic Church. There will be food, music, games, and shopping so make sure to bring some money with you. The best part is that there is no admission fee

Japan Block Fair

This fair is held in early June at Park Avenue between 39th and 40th Street. The purpose of this fair is to allow other people to experience Japanese culture. The vendors will sell traditional Japanese food and items. There will also be Japanese related performances and activities. There is no admission fee but you should bring some extra money.

It is located in Manhattan, on a street called Mulberry Street. This street is filled with Italian Restaurants, Bakeries, and souvenir shops. When the immigrants moved here in the 18th century, they brought every aspect of their culture and it is still there today.

This neighborhood is located on West 32nd Street between Madison Avenue. This neighborhood has over 150 businesses that are different types of business and size. In the 1980s many Korean immigrants came to the United States and brought their culture with them.

Airports:

  • John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK),

LaGuardia Airport (LGA)

There are two airports that are relatively large and have many different airlines and they are both located in Queens.

MTA:

  • Trains
  • Buses

There are have trains and buses that cost $2.75 per ride plus an additional $1.00 fee if you do not have a metro card

Taxi:

  • There are yellow cabs but they charge per minute so it does get pricey
  • There are Uber and Lyft but it can get pricey depending on the destination

Other transportation:

  • Citi bikes
  • Renting a car

Food and Beverage in New York City

New York City is known for having many different cultures and ethnicities. These different cultures have many different types of food. These foods are cooked with different spices which will create a new flavor for one’s mouth. This will allow others to experience New York using a different sense.

Lodging In New York City

There are many places to stay in New York and the prices can vary based on the location of the place. In New York, there are many hotels and air bmbs to stay at. The prices seem to vary from 60 dollars to 1000 dollars. The Yotel in New York seems to have the cheapest price at 65 dollars per night. The reviews on the place are rather good.
