If I was a tourism professional one of the things I would recommend for pursuing happiness in New York City would be to invest in a helicopter ride. I would suggest this because it would definitely be worth the money and you would be able to see the city from a higher and better view, this would really allow you to get the whole experience of the big apple. Another thing I would suggest would be to do would be to explore the city as a whole by offering a tour bus ride which would take you to many destinations in the city. These would be worth their prices because you would really get to experience the city as a whole and make memories at the same time.
