For the Concierge Marketing Assignment I chose the Empire State building as it is one of the attractions with historical and architectural value. In addition, it is one of the most famous buildings of the world in New York City where, previously, it was the famous Waldorf Astoria hotel. The visitor will be able to enjoy an innovative environment, in addition to the shops, restaurants, exhibitions, events, and access to the viewpoint. The building has been innovated to the delight of the visitor in which architects and artists will be attracted.
