Hi. My name is Nathaniel Bansi. I am from a small country in South America called Guyana. I come to NYCCT to seek a degree in hospitality management. I will accomplish this because like everyone else I have a goals and will try to see it through. I want to either open my own restaurant or become a head chef. I currently don’t work but, I am looking work at restaurants as a waiter, or anything in the kitchen. My favorite thing to do is either play handball with my friends, or try new and wondrous foods.
Trying new foods can be very exciting, especially in New York City. Please share with us, when you can, some new foods you have tried. There are many foodies in the class, I am sure others will want to share as well.
