The day of the assessment it was fun but have to admit staying professional hard. If you are with friends it hard to keep focus. But it makes time and test more clear/ claim. We get tested in group but when it comes to the register we are alone. Having to know where the bottoms are and knowing what couples to apply if given. Also make sure you hear and repeat the order to the customer.
Bring on the register it cool but if you get an order wrong we have to remake. The rule is when it leave the window we can’t take it back in the kitchen, but sometime we take it back for an other order that needs it.
