She talked to us about the process of what products are put in display. For example, any new movies released, depending on their performance they plan to release a lot of merch. She discussed how the data they receive isn’t always accurate including the surveys we receive at the end of each park day. Since there are a lot of guests who don’t complete the survey they rely on what they get. They break down the data by age group and decide what will catch the attention of guests. They even have surveys based on what princess is getting the most attention. They discuss with Disney World about what their research as well so it isn’t just every park working alone. She even mentioned how the merch released from The Guardians of the Galaxy is difficult due to the companies. (Unfortunately, I didn’t hear Tangled will get any sort of ride even though Japan is coming up with something for her)
