first of all I’ve learned a new topic I never new existed, and when I researched more I’ve became more interested in it. As someone who wants to become a chef, knowing more about foods history can help me with knowing how to reach New Yorkers, new and old. I feel like more informative text can help with understanding this topic.

The knowledge I’ve gained has educated me on what to expect in my field of study. I’ve determined that my target audience will be college students, particularly those interested in pursuing a career in event management. A blog post will be my genre.

I’ve become more passionate about change in the industry since doing that research, and I’ve learned that organization is key to keep yourself mentally and physically in check. People struggling with the stress of not getting enough time with their family or feeling mentally or physically depleted would benefit from this information. I feel like an Informative essay or an article might help convey this information.

I did learn a lot when I was writing about Project 2 . I got to learn a lot of about different perspectives and rules airlines have on cabin crew and I learned how sexism in the airline industry is a big issue and I think no one really seemed to be taking about it well not that I know maybe because I wasn’t as passionate about it now then I used to be . I think my hospitality community at city tech would benefit the most while learning about this topic .
