After measuring blood pressure, we can see if that person has hypertension or hypotension. Hypertension is the pressure existing in the blood vessels is too high, which will be systolic higher than 139, and diastolic higher than 90. Hypotension is the pressure existing in the blood vessel is too low, which will be systolic lower than 90, and diastolic lower than 60.
EKG:Â
App used: ECG
EKG report can see if your heart is regularly beating and whether its interval is normal.
Lung Capacity: To measure lung capacity can see if your lungs work functionally. The lungs are the only way the oxygen can get into the blood vessels. If the lung didn’t work normally, that means your alveoli is not fully developed. In that case, that person will not be able to exercise since there is not enough oxygen inhale.Â

Conclusion:
From the five days of recording my diet, I found out that usually, I don’t eat breakfast and do not drink enough water for the day. Although I know it is not suitable for my health, I just don’t feel hungry or thirsty. Sometimes, I over ingest too much sodium by consuming too much salt. I know people should ingest no more than the amount of 2300 mg of salt per day, but I couldn’t control how much salt my dad put into our food, nor having a clear idea of how much is 2300 mg. I eat junk food every day to fulfill my satisfaction despite knowing they have no positive effect on my health. I started taking vitamin C 1 pill per two days and vitamin E 1 pill per day after the pandemic of the coronavirus started scaring everyone. Still, I didn’t follow directions properly by forgetting to take pills sometimes. I ate chicken, pork, cabbage, and vegetables to get enough protein and nutrition. However, most of the time, I seem to over-consume too much sugar a day. Sprite contains a high amount of sugar that will disrupt my system, but I couldn’t resist it because of all the stress around it.Â
After knowing where I did wrong, I know how I can improve my lifestyle. First, I need to stop eating junk food and start to eat breakfast. Second, I need to find a way to measure the amount of salt that I will put into my food. Third, drink 2.8L of water to maintain the body’s daily usage. Fourth, keep the vegetables and meat in my diet. As for vitamin C and vitamin E, I will keep taking it just to keep up the system since the exercise amount has been reduced significantly.Â
Sleep Record: (one week of sleep record and its interpretation and Apps used)
App used: Sleep Cycle
Usually I go to bed late, but I also need to get up early, which leads to a short sleep time. In the afternoon, I will take a short nap, and it also means that my sleep cycle is irregular.
Family History:Â
My father’s side and his relatives have hypertension, it becomes a familial genetic disease. It repsertenst that I will most likely have hypertension in my middle ages. My mother’s side did not have any familial genetic disease. My father’s side’s grandfather died at the age of 83 because of organ aging. My mother’s side’s grandfather died at the age of 87 because of organ aging. Both of them died of old age.Â
Conclusion/Take home message:Â
Based on all the data, I will overload my body after doing all these ten years. I should fix my irregular sleep cycle, and eat more vegetables, and monitor my blood pressure since most of the family members on my father’s side have hypertension.
