While designing this document I learned to utilize the fine art of diplomacy. That is, I learned to deal with others without causing bad feelings. My greatest challenge to completing this assignment was creating a document that did not reveal my personal feelings/opinions toward any individual employee or group of employees. I believe the strongest features of this document is that it provides policy, procedure and consequences without being degrading, accusatory or intimidating.
