    Good afternoon Professor Goodlad,

    So just by pure luck my uncle went to Germany and I asked him to pick up the extra credit question wine. He got it for me and I wanted to show you the picture of the bottle.

    It is hard to believe but, I had this wine with my dinner last night. Schloss Johannisberg is a very reputable producer. I had the kabinett, not the spatelese as is in the image. My husband works for the company that imports this line of wines. I hope you get to taste it!
