Hi everyone

My name is Walter Guaman I am in New York City College of Technology for a bachelors degree in Communication Design, this was not my first interest if i’m being quite honest because for as long as I can remember I’ve always loved to draw. It wasn’t until I got to highschool where I began to become interested in Communication Design, before that it was just doing sketches of my favorite comic book heroes. Once college started I began to realize how design can be applied everywhere, with the guidance of my professors I want to able to be proficient in the Adobe programs in order to apply my artistic skills into illustrator or photoshop, being in this College is very inspirational because of how invested the professors are with their students futures and careers. It’s up to me to apply myself to my career and I will do that by learning and growing in my courses.
