This is a term paper on Education Law. This is a controversial matter between religious organizations and public school facilities. Many religious organizations propose to use public school facilities to hold religious activites, and many public school facilites deny their request,mwhich in turn leads the religious organization to take the matter to the courts to decided if religion can be practiced in the school facility or not.
