Power outages and floods swept my area. Rosedale is pretty close to the rockaways, which was evacuated, however my neighborhood wasn’t. The roads were literally flooded to the stoop of some homes. The lights flickered on and off for about 3 hours before it was completely gone. Trees fell on just about every block, one tree actually spanned across a street and blocked traffic on both sides of the sidewalk and road!
