    Hello, I am currently in between careers. I use to work within the customer service division and math was used to rate the value of calls that were answered daily into two categories: 1. Calls that were able to be answered completelyrics and 2. Calls that were not than produced into a ratio of our over all outcomes. I am now making my way into the fields of law and psychology and patently waiting to see how this course will assist in that area as well.
