My name is Pablo Alvarado and I am an aspiring Dental Hygienist in my last semester at New York City College of Technology. What peaked my interest into the world of dental hygiene was this one summer I spent as a dental assistant at an underprivileged neighborhood in Queens, NY. There was this one hygienist I met there that always seemed so professional, caring, and happy. She single handedly changed my perspective of this career from boring to rewarding and fun.
In this e-portfolio, I will be displaying my resume, certifications, research projects, case studies of some patients I have seen in clinic, and other achievements that have helped shape me into the hygienist I am today.
