Hello I have three documents I need to upload, they are 44.8 MB, 22.7 MB, and the other is OK. With a maximum of 10 MB uploading any other options available?

Hi Dan,
I thought that I would have that problem also (before more space became available) and I contacted Ignacio Soltero who is in Karen Lundstrem’s group to help me get onto Websupport 1. This was at Doug’s suggestion – since he has such large files he is on Websupport 1. I emailed Ignacio with my request and he set me up and forwarded me all of the instructions. Ultimately I didn’t have to use it but it is available – you can then embed the link.

I think we should be able to increase the limit in specific cases too, Danny. Can one of the superadmins help out with this? I’d love to find a solution that wouldn’t mean bridging multiple systems, though it might be a good stopgap.

Hi everyone,

We’ll definitely take a look into this. There are lots of issues with file sizes, but we’ll give it some thought and see if there’s another way to get these files onto the OpenLab. In the meantime, the Websupport1 solution sounds like a reasonable interim solution.
