    I want to change my avatar. I can’t upload a new pic. Please help. I do not want to remain a floating balloon head.

    Can you tell me specifically what’s happening when you try to change the avatar, Charles? What’s happening, what error messages you might see, etc?

    Also, a Charlie brought up the possibility that it might be a browser issue–I seem to recall you using Firefox. Is that right?

    Please note that I coined the term “floating balloon head,” but in the interest of openness, would like to invite everyone to use that term.

    I’m wondering if Charles’s problem has anything to do with some of the fixes made this past week? I know that avatar-uploading was a concern of ours.

    Thanks for patience, everyone. And Charles’s new avatar is really nice, so be sure to look again to see if he’s managed to replace his floating balloon head.
