    I recommend everyone watch this, its insane the things i learned from this.. it really blew my mind. a bit scary too. “Todays doctors receive little, if any, training in nutrition”

    They actually have their own you tube channel, with tons of interesting videos. They sound reliable but make sure you double check everything you see online.
    I love nutrition !
