    Exam 1 is on Wednesday, September 27. It will cover sections 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 2.1, 2.2. To review:

    1) First make sure that you do the suggested homework (a list of problems you should focus on is posted under “files” and a hard copy was distributed today in class).

    2) Test your knowledge by trying the review problems that I just posted (under “files”).

    3) We will go over some of those review problems on Monday, September 25. We will also finish Section 2.2 (membership tables and expressing sets as bit strings).
