My name is Marcio Moran , I am currently studying in New York City College Of Technology for my major Hospitality Management. I first worked after school in the culinary department with my instructor catering , then I moved onto my current line position at Dos Caminos. Working at Dos caminos , it has taught me to be dedicated , enthusiastic, and can be put onto any task . My future goal in this industry is to become an executive chef at any cuisine restaurant around the world and becoming an entrepreneur.
