    Cross Cultural Skills :

    Multicultural skills are important when working with people of diverse cultures. To be an effective worker, personal cultural biases have to be set aside. Trying to understand and respect another person’s culture is a great step in fostering a good working relationship between a worker and his/her clients, and the community. Being aware of verbal and non-verbal communication and what may be offensive in one culture but embraced by another
