    I do not believe that people who live in poverty are not able to think to their full capacity . In addition , I do not believe that their mental state is at all in any jeopardy. There are people that live in poverty, who are extremely intelligence. However, I do believe that when an individual live in poverty, it does limit their ability in some ways, especially if their finance isn’t so great. They may in most cases not be able to provide for themselves good higher education due to such circumstances.
