Although I missed the tour, I went with a friend on another day to visit the diner. From my research, Brooklyn Bridge Diner used to be a diner but now it is more of a casual setting restaurant. They serve mixed drinks with slightly upscale American cuisines. Their menu is extensive, from seafood to traditional American; they also offer wines and various mixed cocktails. Brooklyn Bridge Diner has many things to their advantage. They are conveniently located next to the Brooklyn Bridge, therefore cater to tourists and the community. The diner is also surrounded by multiple apartment complexes, schools, and court houses. They can cater to many people and can be a great success.
