Although I wasn’t able to make it to our class tour of the Brooklyn Bridge Bistro I did have the chance to peak my head in to see the improvements they made from what I remember being a small outdated diner. It is more of a casual dining spot still but with a little more class and target brought to it. The ambiance of the place is a bit more cozy which does attract a younger crowd. They have prime location being that it is right at the entrance to the walkway of one of NYC most famous bridges. They have a bright future ahead of themselves with Brooklyn being such a popular spot for tourism and restaurants.
