    Before visiting Brooklyn Bridge Bistro, I was expecting a extremely small cafe cafe style restaurant. When we arrived, to my surprise it was not as small as i thought it would be, even though there were like 20 students huddled in one area. They utilized the spacing very well, with servers moving in and out with ease. The restaurant had a slight industrial feel with a beautiful modern bar. We spoke to the owner, and she spoke about the aspects of opening up a restaurant. I learned that you must know your vendors/purveyors so that they provide you with quality ingredients. I also learned that the pricing for that space is astronomical but if you work hard towards your dream of opening up your own restaurant, you can achieve it.
