Before visiting the Brooklyn Bridge Bistro and Wine Bar with the class, I did not know the restaurant had reopen under new management and with new ideas and goals as Hanna, the manager, explained. As I used to walk by when I was going to the Midway building, I saw the location was closed and was under construction. Moreover, after visiting the Brooklyn Bridge Bistro and Wine Bar, in my opinion it is a very well organized casual restaurant. I like how Hanna put her ideas together to decorate her restaurant which for me looks beautiful and with a very peaceful ambiance. I really appreciate the time Hanna took to describe to the class her experience and give advices to those who in the future want to open and own their own restaurant.
