Re: New York Time Review
Günter Seeger is a recent opened restaurant in west village owned by chef Seeger who is the restaurant of the award winning chef. This restaurant is a very expensive restaurant that they sell tickets that cost $148 per person that included service. They also accept reservation but it will cost $100 for cancellation per person within 48 hours. As the author mentioned in the article, chef Seeger seems very confident about the work he does.
Chef Seeger is professional to what he does, everything he does was expected to be perfectly done. His goal is to make customers feel like going home when they entered his restaurant. Food in the Günter Seeger NY is done to perfection. “Günter Seeger NY tells you that the food is the whole show. At these prices, it had better be close to perfect.” The place looks very clean from the picture and the kitchen is opened to customers.
In the article, the author mentioned few dishes such as chilled pea soup, blossom twisted around delicate lobster mousse. These dishes are very unfamiliar to me, and the ticket for this restaurant is kind of expensive for me. However, this will be a great place to go to for a special day with the ones that’s important for a very special moment.
