Please post your comments here on the food locations we’ve visited. Be specific.
The first field trip we took was to Sunset Park in Brooklyn. It was my first time hearing and checking out Industry City. It reminded me of a mini version of Chelsea Market in Manhattan. We visited a couples of venues in the building. We visited Ends Meat, Liddabit Sweets, and Blue Marble Ice Cream. I really enjoyed the Ends Meat tour. The whole process of butchering the meat, drying out the meat, and etc was interesting to learn. It was cool to hear where they get their animals from. It really sounded like they knew what they were doing and it was cool to see them make use of every part of the pig.
