My name is Evan Antonio Gutierrez. I came to City Tech to pursue a career in the Culinary and Pastry arts. I’ve always enjoyed cooking and baking and one day I plan to own my own restaurant. I have been lucky enough to have the influence of my dad who has been a chef for more than 30 years, as well as my mom who has experience managing restaurants. I have the support of my family and my strong passion, which will help me get everything I can from these courses.
