There are two ways to create a good, MLA citation for your sources. Be sure to keep careful track of your citations as you work on your writing. If you need additional help with MLA citations, visit our resource. Purdue OWL is always great too.

    1. Get the citation from a library product. Whether you search for a book using the search bar on the home page or use a library database, you’ll always find an option for generating a citation.

    2. Use Zoterobib to generate a quick and easy citation from a website. Use this option if you are using a newspaper online. Don’t forget to pick MLA style. We like Zoterobib over Citation Machine or Easybib. BUT do double check your citation.
