Using tempered chocolate and specific tools, to shape a violin with a golden flower giving it balance and contrast. The Womens face is one that is calming and relaxed. She may be singing a wonderful lullaby. The blue represents the night sky and her face seems moon kissed with the white/grey color contrast.

    Description: Theme: Spring Days and Bunny Hopping Technique: Chocolate/ Gum paste Details: This piece is a wonderful display of the perfect spring day for a little joyful bunny whos taking a break from hopping around. The rabbit is laying inside an clean polished egg and the whole is outlined with tiny pearls that could be made with white chocolate or gum paste. the flowers are life-like shaped and placed on top of a branch, cherry tree blossom. The grass below have ridges but smooth texture. And the bunny is adorable.

Each egg is painted different with colors of red, yellow, green, silver and orange. A pastel color is used to tie the showpiece together but when you take a look at each egg, they were designed to have the audience study and focus on one section of the design.

    Description: Theme: The Easter Empress Technique: Chocolate molding Description: This is a Easter chocolate masterpiece on display and the entire lobby could smell the aroma. The chef used 32 pounds of dark chocolate couverture and it took 10 hours to create. It has a spring feels with butterflies circling the egg and the egg is placed on a tree-like pedestal surrounded with pebbles.
