[James Anowai]

My name is James Anowai, sketch artist, former athlete, and student at New York City College of Technology. My major is animation/illustration in the bachelor program, currently in my junior year of college. My goal is to become a multimedia artist, to have my own studio to work on my own art business and also teach other students various foundations and platforms in the field of art.

I’ve been sketching since pre-school, my mother was the one who discovered my gift as an artist around the age of 4 and grew to love art since then. I’m hoping to branch out in the field of art by learning different perspectives, techniques and variations to help augment my growth as an artist. And also build a community of artists and people to support my vision and goals as an artist.
