    false, (f/g)’= (f ‘ g – f g’)/g^2
    (f/g)’ (0)= (f ‘(0) g(0) – f(0) g'(0))/g(0)^2
    =f ‘(0) g(0)/g(0)^2=f ‘(0)/g(0)
