If is a variable and is a constant, which of the following expressions = ?
Usually problems involve taking the derivative. Here we want to go backwards. Which expression has the given expression as its derivative?
f(A)=AB^2
B is the constant
Think of the problem as d/dx(5x^2) The number 5 is the constant. When you take the derivative it remains the same.
So d/dx(5x^2)=5*2x^2-1
its the same thing just put the constant in front BA^2
d/dA=B*2A^2-1
