Montague St Study
Description: The purpose of this study was to have a understanding of a working urban set which is successful and has appeal to the community. Montague St is a historic street with many landmark buildings. However what makes this street interesting is its small shopping stores which most of them are two level. The street is about 66 feet wide and accommodates side parking on both sides and tree lines along the side walk. The height of the buildings vary from a two story to a twelve story high structure. The variance in height gives this street an attractive vibe which seems a great model for my urban proposal.
