According to Ching, architecture and building construction they’re not the same. They share the same routine same elements but the core of this is that the understanding is different. So you can’t be guaranteed to build architecture. It’s almost saying you need experience. There are different forms of zones and forms that takes palace while building a building. The scale needs to be perfect with every proportion of an angle and etc.
The structural building was made to support the roof while beams and columns are holding. In other words controlling the gravity. It’s the core, it’s the foundation that needs to be planned out.
