One vocabulary word from, visual elements would be negative space. Even one has their own views on what negative space is. It can can mean its the empty space that surround an important object in the photograph or the small empty space thats in the back of the photograph. To me, I believe that negative space would be the empty space that surrounds the image. By this i mean, that its in the background and and not something that will catch your eye so quickly, its in the background.One example of negative space being used in this photograph would be the sky.
