Provide technical support on computers and computer peripheral devices, implement and develop solutions to network problems, assist Senior Computer Lab Technician specialist in the maintenance of local networks and computer hardware issues, responsible for generating clear documents on support incidents, diagnose and analyze issues related to operating systems, assist faculty and students with computer related issues, repair and install software equipment.
