First you have to turn on the computer by pressing the power button
When the computer is done loading click the start button on the bottom left corner
Type CMD in the search bar then press enter or RMB (right mouse button) to open the prompt
You can also press the windows key and the R key together to open the run console to open the prompt
Both ways will get you to the command prompt window
