32 Year old African American male, non-smoker, ASA I. Patient presented with moderate  subgingival and supra gingival calculus, supernumerary teeth on the lingual aspect of the mandible.

Severe boneless and tooth mobility:

53 year old African American female, non-smoker ASA I. Patient presented with severe boneless and severe tooth mobility. Patient had not been to a dentist in almost 10 years

Arestin Placement:

Patient presented with pocket depths of 5 mm. After placing Arresting and re-evaluating after 6 weeks, there was a reduction of pocket depths by 2 mm.
