To-Do Before Class
1. PROJECT 2: ROW HOUSE BUILDING SECTION
- Complete your 3 floor plans per the Building Section Assignment we started in class — see Download below for information
- Scale: 1/8″ = 1′-0″
- Walls are 1′-0″ thick
- You do not need to draw the stairs yet
- BRING YOUR PLAN DRAWINGS TO CLASS!!
- You will need them to do the section drawing in class next week
The Download below includes the Section and Stair info we cover in Class 10. The Plan information is due by class time, class 10.
2. UPLOAD YOUR PROJECT 1 DRAWING SET NOW!
- Many of you have not submitted your drawings. Go to Agenda 9 for link

To Do After Class – bring all row house drawings to class!!
- Complete your Building Section for the Row House you started in class
- See Download above for guidance
- Add stairs from Garden level to 1st floor; and from 1st to 2nd floor
- Add exterior stairs – see plans for location
- If you complete your section drawing, you may do the front and rear elevations for extra credit.
Hi Professor Gernert! The Building Section Assignment download cuts off at 3 pages. It doesn’t include building section (with stairs) and datum heights. Can you provide access to the slides from your lecture or have it included as an addition to this week’s download?
The Download has been changed to include classwork in class 10.
