The best approach would be to model it as a letter to one of the most home health aide companies and point out the importance of the situation at hand. Writing a letter would be the most direct and forward way to capture the attention of the said company. Rather than having to pinpoint the companies through a rally speech, a letter is a more discreet and assertive way to draw urgency to the matter at hand.
This specific genre would help in my argument because, experiences from the past concerning basic human rights would prove to rarely go peacefully, therefore lessening the chances of unnecessary acts of violence or the gathering of large, unwanted crowds. A simple letter would get straight to the point that would then leave the companies with several options to make and consider. Take the letter into consideration and begin making changes, continue to have employees out their tactics and methods for poor worker treatment, or face rallies and strikes.

The main point of my argument would discuss the change in treatment towards workers, specifically aides and healthcare providers. These are the individuals who are expected to treat and care for people with mental illness, disability, disease, and more, however, do not receive the humane rights and treatment they should be. In order to back this up, I would use articles, videos, and stories from workers who have faced discrimination.
