Since I can not comment, here are my thoughts:
This has the potential to be an inspiring story. Right now though it is more of a free write because it lacks an organization. You might start by explaining to the reader your condition and then go on to say how you became aware of it and how it made you feel. Maybe tell the story of a particular time when you were made to feel inadequate and how this affected you. Then tell of how you moved beyond these feelings to embrace yourself as you are. This is just one possible organization. But right it is hard to follow the story you are telling.
