Poem Essay Final Draft

 

The Factors of Crying

 

One does not find themselves in happy times; they find happiness in tough times. Everyone has his or her moments in life when situations can’t be hidden and instead is exposed. Sometimes people can’t hide their emotions and they break into tears. In the poem, “ I Ask My Mother to Sing,” the young girl broke into tears and cried when both her mother and grandmother were next to her. She was having a flashback of the days when her father was around with the family too. Tears can have different meanings to it like tears of joy, tears of sadness, and tears of pain.

Tears of joy happen when people are feeling very great and cannot express themselves. When family is our, the feeling is complete. Some might have a family of two or even a family of ten. The bond of a family cannot be copied. When family is around, the joy of being with them sometimes cannot be held back and people burst into tears. The feeling is just very up lifting and very zealous.

The things we did in the past become memories, and they can be very special. The young girl remembers the time when her father was with them and would play his instruments while her mother would sing. People all have memories and they can be very special. Having memories can make people happy and feel very complete. Flashing back and treating each moment special can bring tears to your eyes. The memories we cherish bring tears into our eyes.

Having a social life brings mixture of moods and friends bring random problems. School, jobs, and other activities fills in the empty space people have in them and emotion plays a good role to it. Sometimes during occasions or events that people go to with friends are memorable and very touching. Special times with friends brings joy to our lives and with people who cannot control their emotions, they end up tearing.

This poem also shows the audience some sad and depressing situations. Not all the time is our tears are full of happiness. We go through tough times that hurt us. In the poem, the young girl was hurt because her father was not there. The lost of one can hurt us emotionally and, some people cannot handle it. People have a weakness or a soft side. People burst into tears because they cannot not hold it and need to let it out.

Crying is an emotion state of mind in humans. A tear of sadness is sensitive to some people because people express themselves differently. Sometimes people get disappointed from friends, and it will hurt. Not everything will go the right way, and it will build up, and at one point, people will not hold their selves back, and will just have to let it out. The memories people hold on to be precious and special memories that will always stay with them.

Most of the time when people have lots of friends, many things are happening and sometimes it gets to a point where there’s too much handle and people just end up crying. The friends people make are sometimes aren’t there all the time and the empty space builds up. The young girl only had her mother and grandmother around her and so she felt lonely. The surroundings people are in play a big role and it effects who we are.

Pain is something people go through in their lives. The father of the young girl probably died because of some sort of disease. The pain people go through hurts that they cry showing that it very painful. The young girl’s mother sings with tear maybe to show that she is in pain from something she is going through. Most people go through pain and it is very common.

People everyday do several of things. From going to school, going to work, community service or even at home cleaning, people always move around and do something. Accidents happen and it causes to be in pain. Accidents can happen accidently or purposely. Accidents can cause so much pain that people cannot take the pain. People try to avoid accidents daily but not one knows when or where accidents may happen.

People have different personalities and because of that some might be very sensitive. Physical appearance does not mean anything when it comes to emotions. Emotions are very tough to control and it can lead to anything. Everyone sees things differently and therefore anything can happen at any given time. The young girl was surround by her mother and grandmother, and out of no where while the mother was singing, emotions started to show and they started tearing.

People weep in life and some might do it more than others. People go through different moods in life and they don’t know what will happen. Every moment is different and with that in mind, people need to cherish every second of it. Some people might express them selves differently. Each teardrop represents a memory we cherish or a moment that is hurting us. Each moment means something and people have different perspective in life. Going through obstacles in life creates memories and their people see what they can handle. Tears of joy, tears of sadness, and tears of pain are all emotions people go through and like the young girl in the poem, anything can happen in a given time.
