    Last Friday I was prepared to have a mini lesson on Trig identities and tautologies during breakout session. I worked on a power point and was excited to share it with students.

    Professor ended up lecturing for an hour and 20 mins leaving the peer leader and myself only 20 mins for a breakout session. We could not do two breakout rooms because we did not have enough time. Students asked the peer leader questions related to the webwork hw and were confused about how to plot cosine and sine and on what the amplitude and period were.

    It turned out that it was a good thing we did not provide a brief lesson on trig ids since this may have confused students further and from what I understand its not on the final.
